Final Fantasy X received 91% of positive ratings on the Game Rankings’ online outbreaker and 92 positive reviews out of 100 on Metacritic. Producer Shinji Hashimoto said that the game was accepted “excellently” and received praise and awards from various magazines and websites about computer games.
